Mr. Darryl Wayne Byers was born November 24, 1963 to Gloria and Levester Byers. He was raised by his grandparents, Perry and Minnie Ola Dawson. Darryl was united with Lonita Byers on July 26, 1998 and he cherished his entire family. Darryl was a dedicated and faithful Deacon of the Haywood Baptist Church and was well known in the community for his outstanding work with others,

Deacon Byers answered the Lord and Savior’s call and entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, surrounded by loved ones. He joined his grandparents, Perry and Minnie Ola Dawson, Rev. Curtis and Ollie Sims, and his sister, Karen Byers.
