Funeral service for 75 year old Ms. Darlene Runnels of Clarksville, Texas who went to be with her Lord, August 21, 2021 in Clarksville, TX, will be Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 2:30 PM at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX with Rev. S.S. Carreathers, officiating.
Interment in Siloam Cemetery, Bagwell, TX

Ms. Darlene Perry Runnels was born December 16, 1945 to Jessie Perry Sr. and Lonell Rosser Perry in Clarksville, Texas. Darlene accepted Christ at an early age and united with Shawnee Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Cheatham High School. She was employed at Red Kap, Stoneville Furniture Factory, Jordan Home Health, and Bogata Nursing Home. Darlene received joy in taking care of people. Darlene also loved cooking, sewing, and spending time with family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by:
