Funeral Services for Mr. Clarence Anthony (aka Doc) Wells, 45, of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at 2 PM at the Everlasting Gospel Non-Denominational Church, 1300 South Jefferson Street, Dublin. Apostle H.J. Sinclair will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Wells was born May 29, 1970. He passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015. In 1989, he graduated from Dublin High School. He was a member of the Everlasting Gospel Non-Denomination Church. His loves were sports, hanging out with family and friends, and attending church.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Mildred Mincey; grandmother, Otha Evans; aunt, Lorene Wells; and stepfather, Tommy Coney, Sr.

Mr. Wells leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories, his mother, Louise O'Neal; his father, Ebb (Mary) O'Neal, Jr.; two sisters, Rikita O'Neal and Lashanna (Tiffany) Spikes; five brothers, Ebb O'Neal III, Terrence O'Neal, Lindsey (Essence) O'Neal, Tyvoski O'Neal and Anthony (Ernestine) O'Neal; god-brother, Timothy Mercer; cousins, Sharon Wells and Charlie Jay Wells; aunts, Mary Jones, Nora Martin, Gwendolyn (Michael) Braddy, Charlene (James) Powell, Lillian (Samuel) Floyd, Jacquelyn Freeman and Connie Johnson; devoted friends, Frank Knight, Randy Floyd, Askari Johnson, Joseph Thompkins, Roderick Wright, Curtis Maddox, Willie Dixon and Horace McClinton; caregivers, Chasity Blue, Sheretta Ellington, Takelia King, Clint Hampton and Brittany Rozier; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of his mother, Louise O'Neal, 522 Williams Street, Dublin, and at the home of his father, Ebb O'Neal, 100 Fred's Lane, Dublin.
