Funeral Service for Mrs. Clara Sue Lewis Coleman of Boxelder, Texas who went to be with her Lord January 1, 2015 at Paris Regional Medical Center, Paris, TX will be Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, Texas with Rev. Ossie Coleman officiating. Interment: Shawnee Cemetery, Boxelder, Texas

Clara Sue Coleman was born October 11, 1942 to Loran Becknell Lewis and Sampson Lewis of Red River County. She entered eternity on January 1, 2015.

Mother of Five children, she was preceded by daughters Roxanne and Susan Coleman. Survived by her husband OC Coleman and her children Matthew Coleman (Donna), Jeffery Coleman (Janine), Joyce Coleman, her awesome grandchildren: Aaron, Anthony, April, Malcolm, Myah, Syiesha, Michael, Madison, & Mackenzie two great grandchildren Tavion and Taylin. She is also survived by 3 siblings: Nora, Janet, and Diane as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

She was a graduate of Cheatham High School. After graduation Clara worked as a cook at Annona Elementary, Clarksville ISD and Red River General Hospital. Additional post-graduation activities included, 4H Club Leader, Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Deaconess, and Walnut Grove Community Center President.

She enjoyed sewing, quilting, knitting and spending time with family and friends.
