Funeral services for Mrs. Christine Hurst Murray, 56, of Wrightsville, will be held on Saturday, March 24 at 3PM at Scotts Chapel Baptist Church, 5297 Harrison Pringle Road, Wrightsville. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Bartow, Georgia. Rev. David Hall will officiate. Mrs. Hurst, who passed on March 18, 2012, was born January 3, 1956, in Sandersville, Georgia, to her parents, L. W. Hurst, Sr. and Winnie Lee Knight. Mrs. Hurst is survived by her husband of 34 years, Napoleon Murray, Sr., parents, L. W. Hurst, Sr and Winnie Lee Knight Hurst, two sons, Broderick L. Murray, Wrightsville, Napoleon Murray, Jr., East Dublin, two daughters, Shymcka R. Murray, East Dublin, Michelle Murray, Wrightsville, three sisters, Carolyn (Arthur) White, Wrightsville, Geraldine (Daniel) Woods, Glenwood, Monica R. Hurst, Sandersville, seven brothers, Lee Arthur Hurst, Hudson, NY, Willie Albert (Janice) Hurst, Wayne (Evelyn) Hurst, John Hurst, LW Hurst, Jr. all of Wrightsville, Anthony (Jacquelyn) Hurst, Tennille, Chedrick Hurst, Sandersville, five grandchildren, Tynaya C. Taylor, Malaysia N. Taylor, LaDarius D. Taylor, East Dublin, TaKasia N. Murray and Taraji A. Murray of Wrightsville, and a host of other relatives and friends.
