Funeral services for Mrs. Charlie Bell Mobley, of Dublin, Georgia,will be held on Thursday, September 14, 2017, at 3 PM at the Wabash Church of God, 500 Telfair Street in Dublin. Overseer E. Neal Dixon will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Charlie Bell Mobley was born on August 5, 1946, to the late William Davis, Sr. and Easter Mae Davis. She attended the Doc Kemp High School in Wrightsville. She was joined in holy matrimony to Mr. Bobby Mobley in 1963;To this union, four children were born. After moving to Dublin, she joined Jackson Chapel CME Church where she served as Secretary for many years. She worked at Oxford Manufacturing until it closed. She was a licensed cosmetologist and worked at Linda’s Hair Salon. She was called to rest on September 9, 2017.

Mrs. Mobley was preceded in death by her father, her mother, her husband, and granddaughter, Dayley Serenity Walker.

She leaves to cherish her memory four children, Bobby E. Mobley, Daytona, Florida, Robert B. Mobley, Victoria E. (Cornelius) Walker and Keith D. Mobley all of Dublin. Her additional children are Diane King, Cheryl Moss, Debra Henderson and Cleveland Bell, grandchildren, Crystal S. Mobley, Andrea L. (Carl) Epps Qrizjiah Mobley, Knowledge Taylor, Harmoni A. Walker and Bobby Mobley. She also leaves behind her siblings, Pearlie Mae (James L.) Braddy, Harrison, William (Lois) Davis, Jr., of Dublin, Leon (Vera) Davis, Wrightsville, and Donna D. (Darron, Sr.) McMiller of Dublin, sisters-in-law, Clarien Dixon and Carolyn Norris, Dublin, brothers-in-law: John Norris, Dublin, Leo (Skinner) Mobley, New York, New York, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and long time friends.

The funeral procession will leave from 1718 Highland Avenue, in Dublin, at 2:30 PM on Thursday.
