Funeral services for Mr. Charles Sinkfield, Jr., of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery in Dublin. Reverend J.T. Jackson will officiate. Mr. Sinkfield, who departed this life on January 4, was born on January 26, 1936, to the late Charles and Lizzie Telfair Sinkfield in Laurens County, Georgia. Mr. Sinkfield enjoyed meeting people and will be remembered with his loud laughter and great big smile. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Richard, Bobby, Roy and Ulysee Sinkfield, and three sisters, Emily, Diane, and Helen Sinkfield. Mr. Sinkfield is survived by one sister, Mrs. Geneva (Eddie) Pullen of Dublin; four brothers, Tommy Sinkfield, Eugene Sinkfield, Larry (Rosalyn) Sinkfield and Curtis Howard all of Dublin; four uncles, Hardrick (Marquita) Robinson of Pringle, Georgia, Napoleon Robinson, Jacob Robinson and Daniel Robinson all of Winter Park, Florida, and a host of nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
