CLOVER -- Charles "Charlie" Marvin Goforth, Jr., 53, of 726 Nell Jane Road passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at his home in Clover.
The funeral will be at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Bratton Funeral Home with Rev. Evan English officiating. Burial will follow at the home of Alice Robinson, 2081 Lawrence Road, Clover, SC. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Bratton Funeral Home from 1 - 2 PM.
Charlie was a son of Charles Marvin Goforth, Sr. and Linda Wylie Blanton. He was a member of Beersheba Presbyterian Church and worked as an electrical research technician.
He is survived by his wife Patricia "Patti" Robinson Goforth of Clover, sons, Charles E. "Eddie" Goforth of Clover and James T. Goforth of Clover, father Marvin Goforth of York, mother Linda W. Blanton of Gaffney, granddaughter, Autumn Makynze Goforth, and brothers, Larry Goforth of York, Jeffery Goforth of York, and Mike Goforth of Clover.
