Funeral Services for Mr. Cesare "Chip" Howell, of East Dublin, Georgia,will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at 12 PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church, 2176 New Buckeye Baptist Church in East Dublin. Reverend David Flowers will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Howell was born on September 12, 1957 in Wrightsville, Georgia to the late Lloyd Rufus Howell Sr. and Laura Queen Howell. Mr. Howell was an industrial worker by trade and worked at Flexsteel Industries until his stroke in 1994 which left him paralyzed on his left side. "Chip", as he was known to everyone, had a fierce love for his kids and his wife, Sandra, who cared for him until his dying day. He passed away peacefully Tuesday October 29th with his family by his side.

Survived by his loving wife of almost 40 years, Sandra Howell, children, Brian Howell, Dublin, Michael Jones Howell, Dublin, Melissa Howell McPherson, Hudson, New York, Oshea Howell, Cedartown, Marlon (Nikeisha) Howell, Suwannee, Lucion Howell, Winterpark, Florida and Nicholas (Jasmia) Howell McDonough, brothers, Lloyd (Teasha) Howell, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jeffery (Jackie) Howell, Sparta, sister, Charlease (James) Turner Stockbridge, twenty grandchildren, and three great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 1459 Brewton Lovett Road in East Dublin.
