Funeral Services for Mr. Cedric Latora O'Neal, 38, of Atlanta, will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 11 AM at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 1609 South Popular Springs Road, Dublin. Reverend Willie Edmond will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. O'Neal was born on February 3, 1977. At an early age, he joined the Mount Calvary Baptist Church. He graduated from West Laurens High School in 1995, and attended DeVry College of Atlanta, and later graduated from La'Carm School of Cosmetology in Stone Mountain. He was employed by Studio 57 of Atlanta, where his co-workers were also his family. He passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015.

Mr. O'Neal was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Elouise Richardson, grandfather, Mr. T. J. O'Neal, and by his aunt, Mrs. Joann Butler.

Mr. O'Neal leaves to cherish his life's precious memories his mother, Ms. Claudette O'Neal of Rentz; father, Mr. Eddie (Gloria) Richardson of Riverdale; two brothers, Errol Strozier and Curtis Milner, both of Atlanta; two sisters, Lanita (Alonzo) Arnold of Duluth and Katrina Jones of Franklin Park, New Jersey; grandmother, Mrs. Ethel O'Neal of Rentz; grandfather, Mr. James Richardson, Sr. of Dublin; aunts, Bobbie (Robert) Milliner of Hartford, Connecticut, Essie O'Neal of Dublin, Gwendolyn (Leon) Johnson of Cadwell, Edith Parks and Brenda Scott, both of Rentz, Sharon (Ronnie) Carswell of Snellville, Doretha Richardson, Christine Green, and Patricia (Willie) Sanders, all of Dublin, and Caroline Richardson of Thomson; uncles, T. J. O'Neal, Jr., Jeffery O'Neal, Kenneth (Deidra) O'Neal, James (Willie Mae) Richardson, Jr., and Willie (Phyllis) Richardson, all of Dublin, and Curtis Richardson of Atlanta; great uncle, B. J. (Barbara) Richardson of Jacksonville, Florida; godsisters, April Daniels, Tammy Bostic, Abbie Peterson, Daniell Johnson and Tynesha Cross, all of Atlanta; godbrother, Eric Williams of Atlanta; goddaughter, Azyla Lloyd of Atlanta; and a host of nieces, nephews, loving cousins, friends and co-workers.

The family will receive friends at 1685 Williams Road in Rentz.
