Mr. Cedric Giddens 41 years old of DeKalb, TX, went to be with his heavenly father, March 31, 2013 in his residence in DeKalb, TX. Funeral service was Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at DeKalb High Gymnasium, DeKalb, Texas with Rev. Melvin Gray officiating. Interment was in Martin Shiloh Cemetery, Clarksville, Texas.
The family received friends Friday, April 5, 2013 from 5pm to 6pm at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church St., Clarksville, TX

Cedric LaForest Giddens better known as "Big Moe" was born to the proud parentage of Bobby L. Giddens and Brenda Giddens, on March 13, 1972. He attended Martin Shiloh Baptist Church from an early age.

Cedric received an education at Dekalb ISD in which he graduated with the class of 1990. Several of his hobbies that he enjoyed were sports, spending time with family and friends, and riding four wheeler(s). He really enjoyed playing with his nieces and nephews. He was a very people friendly and outgoing person. Cedric was employed by the Department of Criminal Justice until his health began to fail and he couldn't continue to work.
