Funeral services for Mrs. Cathy H. Barclay, of East Dublin, will be held on Saturday, July 6, 2019, at the Greater Victory Temple Church, 511 North Franklin Street, Dublin. Elder Prenis Edmond will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Rocky Creek Church Cemetery in Dexter.

Mrs. Cathy Barclay was born on December 25, 1955, to the late Robert Horne and Callie McNear Horne. She retired from working with the nursing home in East Orange, New Jersey. Mrs. Barclay was preceded in death by siblings, Bobby Horne, Donnie Horne, Eva Smith of Newark, New Jersey, and Johnnie B. Horne of Dexter. She passed away on July 2, 2019.

She is survived by siblings, Willie Horne of New Jersey, Ossie Horne (Joe Ross) of Dexter, Georgia, Arthur Nathan Barclay, Stacy J. Horne, Jammie Horn, Gilbert B. Shadrach, Barclay, Shawn Knight, Saudeh Barclay of Africa, grandchildren, Kellie Konah, Jasiah Gilbert, Sharon Knight, Amaya Horne, Genesis Barclay, and a host of cousins, and nieces.

The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, July 6, 2019 from 10-11 AM.
