Funeral services for Mrs. Cassandra Ashley Davis, of Dublin, will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015, at 1 pm at the Springfield Baptist Church, 256 Carolina Street, Chester. Reverend Stephan Brown will officiate.

She was a graduate of Dublin High School class of 1984. Mrs. Davis started a career in nursing as a licensed practical nurse and was employed with Kirkland family practice for many years. Mrs. Davis passed on November 24, 2015.

Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her loving husband, Michael Davis, who passed away in 2015.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Antwan (Tamika) Davis of Tucker, Tanganikia (Benjamin) Ross of Dublin, Michael (Laquisha) Davis, Jr. of Dublin, Chasity Davis of Las Vegas. She is also survived by Ebony Stanley of Augusta and Quilliam (Jelicia) Telfair of Macon; mother, Sarah Parks, Dublin; father, Zebbie (Thelma) Ashley, Dublin; mother-in-law, Thelma Mack of Dudley; sisters, Shawanda (Carlos) Godfrey, Dublin, Sharon (Jeffery) Washington, Dublin; brothers, Derrick Parks, Dublin, Donovan Ashley, Dublin, Wesley (Felicia) Ashley, Dublin; grandchildren, Ta'hauji Davis, Ta'najae and Ta'najza Ross, Elize'Jah Davis, Dublin, Quinton Jaliah and Qmari Telfair, Dublin, Christian Stanley, Augusta; brother-in-law, Phillip (Wanda) Mack, Dublin, Argene (Laconiga) Mack of Warner Robins; aunts, Tavonna Ashley, Columbus, Nina (Austell) Wright, Dublin, Eva Parks, Dublin; godson, Big Red Ashley's; special god sister, Katrina Plummer; special friends, Jim Blackshear and Jennifer Boyer and a host of relatives and friends.
