Casey Jones

Funeral services for Mr. Casey Edward Jones, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at 1 PM, at the Loving Ministries Church of God In Christ, 116 Pritchett St, Dublin. Pastor Alton Jones will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery in Dublin.

Mr. Jones was born on August 16, 1957, in Dublin, to the late Granger Jones, Sr., and Lannie Mae Jones Smith. Mr. Jones was a supervisor at the Lithonia Company and was employed at the Carl Vinson Veterans Administration Medical Center. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He passed away on November 19, 2018, and was preceded in death by his father, Granger Jones, Sr., mother, Lannie Mae Jones Smith, brother, Granger Jones, Jr., and by his sister, Gladean Chatman.

Mr. Jones leaves behind five sisters, Katheryn Dudley, Vertis (Frank) Kellam, Luretha Hubbard, Gloria (Joe) McClendon, and Debra Howard, all of Dublin, two brothers, Pastor Alton (Peggy) Jones and Larry Jones, of Dublin, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 517 East Mary Street in Dublin.
