Funeral Services for Mrs. Carolyn Deloise Wilson, of Byron, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at 12 PM at the Sandy Ford Missionary Baptist Church, 2614 US Highway 80, Dublin. Reverend Torey C. Fountain will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Wilson was born on January 26, 1960, in Dublin to Lester Guyton and Barbara C. Ashley. Mrs. Wilson was a veteran of the United States Army and a retired police officer of the Macon Police Department. She passed away on Friday, April 26, 2019. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Marshall Ashley, Sr., and by her siblings, Cheryl Ashley and Marshall Ashley, Jr.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her mother and father, Lester Guyton and Barbara C. Ashley; children, Antonio (Yasmeene) Marion of Byron and Trailshunn Burch of Macon; siblings, Kelvin Ashley, Daphne Ashley, both of Detroit, Michigan, Rickey Dupree, Anthony Williams, Melissa Rozier, Karl Guyton, Lashon Bell, all of Dublin, Wanda Edwards of Orlando, Florida; grandchildren, Angel Marion, Tykeasia Stanley, Mariah Burch, Zaniyah Burch, Christian Burch, Haleigh Nelson, Tristan Burch, Adrashunn Burch, Keshawn Burch, and London Burch; aunts, Ivey (Willie) Wheeler of Los Angeles, California, Wilful Jean Davis and Bonnie Washington both of Dublin; uncles, Edward (Michelle) Robertson of Detroit, Michigan, James (Sandy) Brown of Atlanta, Donald (Shirley) Ringwood of Dublin; great aunt, Maggie Maddox of Dublin; special cousin, Jacquelyn (Lawrence) Mills; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends at 301 Linder Street, Dublin, and at the Dudley Funeral Home on Friday, May 3, 7:30-8:30 PM.
