Carol Davis

Funeral services for Ms. Carol Jeanette Davis, of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at 1 PM at the Driskell Tabernacle Baptist Church, 223 Martin Luther King Drive in Dublin. Reverend Willie Reed will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Ms. Davis, who passed on November 29, 2016, was born on December 2, 1954, to Louisiana Davis and the Deacon Otha James Davis, Sr.

She was a 1972 graduate of Dublin High School. She was a devoted assistant manager at Wendy's for more than twenty years until she became ill.

At an early age Carol joined Driskell Tabernacle Baptist Church. As a young adult she accepted Christ into her life.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her mother, Mrs. Louisiana Davis, Dublin; four daughters, Taleathia Davis, Bethany Davis, Tanjnika Davis and Charo Davis all of Dublin; one brother, Rev. Otha James Davis, Jr., Savannah; two sisters, Cynthia Ann (Raymond) Dickey, Roberta and Peggy D. (Gary) Johnson, Dublin; aunts, Mary (Charles) Mathis, Milledgeville, Reva Davis of Dublin; uncles, Nathaniel (Mary) Howard, Dublin, William Howard, Lowell, Florida, Charlie (Reverend Annie B.) Howard, Milledgeville; grandchildren, Rodriequez Spikes, Tequira Davis, Marquazionne Holloway, Shania Holloway, J'Voski Bartee, Ulysses Bartee, La'Zorian Davis, Ja'Corius Guyton, Kuanta Guyton; great grandchildren, J'moriun Spikes and Jahmir Spikes; special loved ones, Jeremy Guyton, Quinton Butler, Elizabeth Pullen and Brenda and Dell Thomas.

The family will receive friends at 104 Forrest Avenue in Dublin.
