Funeral services for Ms. Carla Latrene McClinton of Swainsboro, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 1 PM at the Community Missionary Baptist Church, 627 James Grove Church Road, Wrightsville. Reverend Allen Moss will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville.

Ms. Carla Latrene McClinton was born on December 8, 1967, in Laurens County Georgia to the late Willis McClinton and Inell Cason. She graduated from the Johnson County School System. At an early age, she joined the Saint Galilee Baptist Church, and later joined the Ohoopee Grove Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member. She passed away on May 6, 2018.

Ms. McClinton leaves to cherish her memories, Mother Inell Cason, a sister, Ongula (Curtis) Moody of Swainsboro, Georgia, Ronald Simmons of Jonesboro, Georgia, nieces, Scenita Cason, Geneva Simmons, Brandi Simmons, Kylie Simmons, DaSuni Simmons, Olivia Ringer, Sierra Ringer, and Shamayia Ringer, nephews, Nigellus Cason, Meshach Simmons, Earth Harvey, Joshua Spears, Shiloh Simmons, Sean Ringer, Marqis Lashley, aunts, Rosa Allen, Ruth Whipple, Lucresie Hilson, and Yvonne Hudson, uncles, John Cason, Lamar Cason, Iverson Cuyler, and Ricky Hudson, a devoted friend, Martha Hicks, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 515 West Church Street, Swainsboro, Georgia.
