Funeral services for Mrs. Bythie Coney Bonner, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, June 2, 2018, at the Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, 494 Evergreen Road, Dublin. Reverend Winfred L. McCloud will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Bythie Coney Bonner was born on February 12, 1925, to the late Mr. Ad and Mrs. Maggie Coney. She was a native of Laurens County and was educated in the Laurens County School System. She met and married Mr. Jack Bonner. She was the mother of four children. She was a member of the Springhill Missionary Baptist Church where she served faithfully as an usher until her health failed. She departed this life on May 24, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sisters, Mrs. Goldie Coney, Mrs. Victoria Turner, and Mrs. Ella Mae Stanley, two brothers, Mrs. Lucian Coney and Mr. Mike Coney, a son, Mr. Cleo Coney, and by a daughter, Ms. Doris Coney.

Mrs. Bonner leaves to cherish her memories a son, Frank Coney, a daughter, Dorothy Holcromb, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Helen Coney, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and thirteen great great-children, a devoted niece, Willie Mae Stanley, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 120 Cascade Circle, Dublin.
