Funeral services for Mr. Bruce Wright, of Wrightsville, will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2017, at 2 PM at the Williams Chapel Baptist Church, 1142 Georgia Highway South, East Dublin. Reverend Michael Kirkland will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Wright was born on December 27, 1960, to the late Benny Lee Wright and Betty Peacock Wright. He was a 1979 graduate of East Laurens High School. He recently retired from the Herschel Lovett Lawn Service in 2010. He was a faithful member of the Williams Chapel Baptist Church, serving on the usher board, and was a choir member. Mr. Wright is married to Dorothy Cason of Wrightsville. He passed away on Tuesday morning, July 11, 2017.

Mr. Wright leaves to mourn, a devoted wife, Dorothy M. Wright from Wrightsville, four sons, Jeremy B. Wright of Dublin, Bryant K. Wright of Wrightsville, Antonio J. Wright of Dublin, and Broderick K. Wright of Wrightsville, four sisters, Terry (Terry) Wright of Atlanta, Angela (Thomas) Harris of Dublin, Maudie (Jerome) Russell of Dublin, Regina (Christopher) Porter of Atlanta, fours sisters-in-laws, Willie J. Wright of Atlanta, Christine (Ernest) Butler of Dublin, Willene Gregory of Wrightsville, Pearl Cason of Kansas City, Missouri, Jennie Mitchell of Wrightsville, and Darlene, (Gerald) of Wrightsville, one brother-in-law, William Shine of Wrightsville, one beloved aunt, Bessie Stanley, five grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.

The family is receiving friends at 528 West Trilby Street, Wrightsville.
