Funeral services for Mr. Braxton Martin, Jr, of Atlanta, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 11 AM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Braxton Martin, Jr., “Baby Bro” as he was affectionately called, was born on August 29, 1965 in Jacksonville, Florida, to The late Braxton , Sr. and Savannah Martin. He received his formal education from Duval County Public Schools. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, and was employed by Greyhound Bus Station and by Contract Hardware until his injury. He had a smile and a big heart. He loved his friends and all family members. He made everyone laugh with his sense of humor and his jokes. He was a generous giver. He gave his time, treasure and talent to all. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed watching sports. He was a huge Miami Dolphin fan. He transitioned to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, April 17, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his father, Braxton (Snebo) Martin, Sr., nephew, DeMarcus Denny. and uncles, Willie Martin, Sr., Joe Martin, Robert Martin, Author Wells, Lonnie Wells, Theobie Wells, and W. A. Wells.

He leaves to cherish his memories, mother, Mrs. Savannah Martin, companion, Louise Priscilla Hardeman, sisters, Alma, Lena, Dianne, Karen (Greg), Sequilla, Renita, and Audrey (Darryl), brothers, Rickey and Prince, Sr. (Annette), aunts, Mary Bryant and Lisan Hutchins, nieces, Tequila (Russell), Charis, Brittany (Keith), Tiffani, Lakeshia, Charah, Jade, Alexandria and Amber, nephews, Wendell, Elliot, Dexter and Prince, Jr., 8 great nieces, 4 great nephews, adopted son, Antonio Sneeze (Hannah), adopted grandchildren, Kayla and Kaden, Dorothy Turner, and The Hardeman Family, best friend, Paul Jones, as well as a host of cousins and friends.
