Funeral services for Mr. Bobbie C. Thomas, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018, at 1 PM, at the Macedonia Baptist Church, 4195 US Hwy 80 West, Montrose, Georgia. Reverend Dr. Cedric L. Cason will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Thomas was born on October 25, 1956, in Laurens County, Georgia, to the late W. C. Thomas and the late Gladys Thomas. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Danny Thomas.

He joined Macedonia Baptist Church at an early age. He served for twelve years in the United States Army Reserves. His career started at Gilman Paper Mill and he later worked at R&D Construction until his health declined.

Mr. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Ruby Thomas of Dublin, a dedicated daughter, Jessica (Keith) Thomas of Dublin, and daughter, Kiluwanna (Qudrac) Johnson of Warner Robins, four sons, Mardamion Height of Danville, Teheran (Monique) Height of Atlanta, and DeNario Height of Warner Robins, godson, Jahmel Carr of Dublin, mother-in-law, Wylene Jones of Montrose, five sisters, Sherlie (Rev. James) Brown and Shelia Michelle (Charlie) Brown of Montrose, Serena Thomas, CaMonica Thomas and Latisha Thomas, all of Dublin, two brothers, L. C. (Annie) Thomas of Montrose, and Bobbie G. Thomas of Atlanta, four aunts, Jessie Turner, Lallie (T. Wesley) Watkins, Hazel Thomas, and Thelma Thelma Mack of Montrose, three brothers-in-law, Walter Jones of Brunswick, Tyrone Jones of Dublin, and Charlie Brown of McRae, three sisters-in-law, Sandra Blash, Montrose, Sharon Jones of Dublin, and Angela (Hiram) Johnson of Atlanta, sixteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 507 Coleman Court, Apt B, in Dublin.
