Funeral service for 48 year old, Mr. Billy Ray Washington of Clarksville, TX who went to be with his Lord, October 2, 2021 at Focus Care of Clarksville, Clarksville, TX, will be October 9, 2021, at 12:00 Noon at Citizens Funeral Home, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, with Rev. Wayne Rosser eulogist. Interment will be in Hebron Cemetery, Clarksville, TX

Mr. Billy Ray Washington was born January 12, 1973 to Robert Jake Washington Jr. and Mamie Robinson Washington in Clarksville, Texas.
He was a 1992 graduate of Clarksville High School. He accepted Christ at an early age and united with Hope Valley Baptist Church.
Billy loved raising and breeding pit bulls, fishing, sitting around cutting up and laughing with his family. He was also the Clarksville sportsman. He loved his sports and his children unconditionally and spoke highly of them. He loved spending summers with his baby boy, Cam, as that would put joy in his heart.

He was predeceased by father, Robert Jake Washington Jr.; grandfather, Robert Jake Washington Sr.; and grandmother, Lola Washington.
