Funeral services for Mr. Billy Fluellen, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 11 AM in the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Minister Debra Newkirk will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Fluellen, who passed on June 26, 2017, was born on July 21, 1951, to James Gordon and the late Bessie J. Carswell in Laurens County.
He is survived by his father, James Gordon; stepfather, Lonnie Charles Carswell; daughter, Yasma Moss; aunts, Mary Belle Johnson, Susie Tucker, Clara Boyer, Christine Carswell, Catherine Davis, Carrie B. Bell all of Dublin, Judy Graves, Hallandale, Florida; uncles, Carl Carswell, Dublin, Henry Albert, Miami, Florida, Johnny C. Carswell, Lorain, Ohio; devoted cousins, Cora Belle Blue, Stephanie Pittman, Joyce Bradford and a host of other relatives and friends.
