YORK -- Betty Starnes Green, 80, of 612 Connolly Road passed away Thursday, January 07, 2016, at Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill.
A memorial service will be 11:00 A.M. on Monday, Januray 11, 2016 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Rev. Brad Vassey officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 10, 2016 from 3-5 PM at Bratton Funeral Home.
Betty was a daughter of the late William F. Starnes and Effie McAbee Starnes. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and was a dietitian for Divine Saviour Hospital.
She is survived by husband, Curtis H. Green of York, SC, daughters, Kashy Flores of Aiken, SC, Marie Sarratt (Chris) of North Myrtle Beach, SC, , sons, Tim Green (Peggy) of Rock Hill, SC, Curtis "Butch" Green, Jr. (Sharon) of York, SC, Tracy Green of York, SC, sister, Genora Westmoreland, grandchildren, Aimee Ashe Ward (Oliver) of Arizona, Jessica B. Moss (Jason), Justin Baldwin, great grandchildren, Deanna Hermenegildo, Nikki Senterfiet, and Keely Jane Moss. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Loretta Meredith, brothers, David Starnes, Rayford Starnes, Eugene Starnes, Aaron Starnes, sisters, Mae Elders, Naomi King, Louise Alexander, and Elaine Greene.
