Funeral services for Mrs. Belinda Elizabeth Howard Waters, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 2 PM at the Driskell Tabernacle Baptist Church, 223 Martin Luther King, Jr., Drive in Dublin. Reverend Willie Reed will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Waters, who passed on December 11, 2015, was born on August 3, 1964, to the late Credolius Howard and the late Essie Bell Charles Howard, as the youngest of seven children. She was preceded in death by two of her sisters, Dorothy Jean Charles and Eddie Jean King. Mrs. Waters was a 1983 graduate of Dublin High School. She was a member of the Jackson Chapel CME Church.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Lee Waters, Sr.; two sons, Michael Lee Waters, Jr. and Christopher Jerome Waters of Warner Robins; one daughter, Kimberly Elizabeth Waters of Macon; two grandchildren, Michael Lee Waters, III, of Warner Robins, and Mariah Leanne Waters of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Bobbie Charles Melton; three brothers, Hubert (Patricia) Charles, Hugo Charles, Jr. and Otha (Kery) Charles, all of Dublin; devoted nephew, Eric Lorenzo Melton, Sr.; special devoted friend, Kenny Walker, five aunts, four uncles and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 239 Linder Street in Dublin.
