Annie Swint

Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Ruth Swint, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at 1 PM at the Springfield Baptist Church, 415 West Church Street in Sandersville. Reverend Tracy Wheeler will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mrs. Annie Ruth Swint was born on October 2, 1954, in Riddleville, Georgia, to Mrs. Christina Curry and the late Mr. Alfonso Curry. She was a 1972 graduate of the Washington County High School. Mrs. Swint started her career at the William Carter Company in Sandersville. She was also employed by Mohawk Industries in East Dublin. She was also preceded in death by her niece, Tajuana Cason. She passed away on January 30, 2019.

Mrs. Swint leaves to cherish her memories, a devoted husband, Mr. Ricky Swint of Dublin, and her children, Jocelyn (Charlie) Powell of Dublin, Tomeka Jones of Kennesaw, Georgia, Kenya Curry of Norfolk, Virginia, Rodney (Natasha) Curry, of Sandersville, Antonio (Karrin) Hatcher of San Antonio, Texas, Kenneth Wright of North Carolina, Jarvis Swint of Texas, and Jonathan Swint of Dublin, two sisters, Sandra Braswell of Davisboro, Joann (Charles) Haynes of Sandersville, three sisters-in-laws, Jackie Swint, Brenda (Wallace) Salem of Dublin, and Tonya Pace of Wrightsville, four brothers-in-laws, Loften (Linda) Swint, Jr., Johnny Swint, Alfonso (Carlene) Myricks, Lamar Swint, seventeen grandchildren, Kenderious Curry, Ken' Shaya Curry, Kameron Hatcher, Antonio Hatcher, Andrew Hatcher, Kaleb Hatcher, Karter Hatcher, Charlie Powell Jr., Laquerius Powell, Demontivis Wright, Alexis Wright, Javontae Thomas, Lakenderia Cason, Ashton Cason, Ethan Cason, Britain Andraw, Jeremiah Lewis, Dock Cornelius Lewis IV, two great grandchildren, Kamiya Curry, Jarvis Williams, Jr., four aunts, two uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving friends at 506 Swint Lane in Dublin.
