Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Rose Snell Wright, of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 12 PM at the Brantley Chapel Church of God in Christ Ministries, Inc., 232 Woods Road in Wrightsville, Georgia. Bishop T. L. Snell, Sr., will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Ms. Annie Rose Snell Wright was born on June 3, 1940, to the late Willie O. and Ola B. Snell in Wrightsville, Georgia. Mrs. Wright, after finishing school at Dock Kemp School, relocated to Detroit, Michigan, and later married the late LeBurrell Wright. She was a hard worker and was employed with General Motors where she worked until her health began to decline. In the early 1990s, she relocated back to Georgia to live along with her family. She served faithfully in different churches giving her best service to serve in many capacities. She loved to sing praises unto the Lord and study God’s word. She departed from this world on March 12, 2020, at Shamrock Nursing Home in Dublin. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Mack Snell, Richard Snell, Albert Snell, John Snell, Paul Snell and Veola Snell Burns.

Mrs. Wright leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Diane Jordan of Dublin, grandsons, Raphael Wright of Wisconsin, and Isaiah Cumming of Detroit, Michigan, great-grandchildren, Raphael, Jr., Christopher, Amber, Kaiden, Jasmine D. Cummings, Jaelynn Marie West, Isaiah Jerome Cummings, Jr., two brothers, Bishop Tommy Lee (Jill) Snell, Sr., of Dublin, Willie James Snell of Wrightsville, sisters-in-law Daisey Snell of Macon, Bertha Snell of Dana, Florida, and Louise Snell of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a host of nieces, nephews, and special friends especially Debra Anderson.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 17, 6-7 PM, at the Dudley Funeral Home.
