FUNERAL SERVICE for 34 year old Mr. Andre Smith of Paris, Texas, formerly of Clarksville, went to be with his Lord April 28, 2014 in St. Luke Medical Center, Houston, TX will be Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 AM at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel, 500 E. Church Street, Clarksville, TX, Rev. Ossie Coleman, officiating.
Interment will be in William Cemetery, Clarksville, TX. Under the direction of Citizens Funeral Home, 500 E. Church St, Clarksville, TX. Condolences may be made at www.citizensfuneralhome.com.

The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 7 pm at Citizens Funeral Home Chapel.

Andre Smith was born on May 31, 1979 to Darline and Gregory Hardage. Andre was loving father, husband and son. He always knew how to make everyone laugh. He was a very strong person and fought his Congestive Heart Failure for over 10 years. Andre had a passion to live life. He stated too many time that he wanted to watch his boys grow up. Andre enjoyed barbecuing for his family and playing basketball with his two boys. Andre was someone who fought the odds for so long and will be missed by so many.

He was preceded in death by a twin brother Andrew Smith, Cousin Alicia Ricks, maternal grandmother Mary Ann Ricks.
