Menard - Andra Idella Lee Davis Johnson went to be with the Lord November 27, 2014 at the age of 68. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. November 29, 2014 at Eden Funeral Home chapel. Graveside service is 2 p.m. November 30, 2014 in Cox Cemetery. Officiating is Mike Riley.

Andra was born December 18, 1945 to William Andy Davis and Mattie Lou Yeager Davis in Pittsburg, Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She attended Melvin High School and graduated in 1964. She attended Nursing School in Brady, Texas and graduated in 1965 as an LVN. Our mother kept her LVN until 1984. She loved to sew and make all kinds of things. She was very crafty. She loved to have fun. There was never a dull moment around the house. Even in the nursing home she kept everyone on their toes. We will clearly miss her and her handmade items that she made for all of us. Her wit, sense of humor and her mischievousness. She was a very loving mother and a best friend to all of us. She loved to cook. For those who knew her she loved each and every one of y'all.

Andra was proceeded in death by her parents, William Andy Davis and Mattie Lou Yeager Davis; one brother Lionel (Pete) Davis; and one daughter, Julie Ann Johnson. She is survived by her brother, Gary Davis and wife, Lavada of Melvin, TX; daughter, Trish Bartow and husband, Jimmy of Kingsville, TX; son, Robert Johnson and wife, Tonya of Spicewood, TX; son, Andy Johnson and wife, Cindy of Granite Shoals, TX; daughter, Linda Airheart and husband, Donnie of Mason, TX; and daughter, Cathy Ogden and husband, Teddy of Menard, TX. She has 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild on the way, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
