Alice Marion

Funeral services for Ms. Alice Marion, of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019, at 3 PM at the Living Faith Baptist Church, 1333 Bailey Lane, Dublin. Reverend Jamie T. Paulk will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Ms. Marion was born on February 14, 1947, to the late Reverend Ardrich and Lula Mae Marion, Sr. She was employed at Bassett Furniture Company for over 27 years. She was a dedicated member of the Living Faith Baptist Church. Ms. Marion's presence was always known whenever she attended church. She was full of life, love to smile, and made everyone around her laugh. She enjoyed Juicy Fruit chewing gum, fishing, and peanuts. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Horace and Robert Lee Marion, Ardrich Marion, Jr., and a brother-in-law, Charlie Stuckey. Alice passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 3, 2019.

Ms. Marion is loved and remembered by her children, Delmas Wilcher, John "Spanky" Brown, and Ester Marion, grandchildren, Cambria, Zach, Gage, Cammie, Messiah, "Bam Bam", Zoe "Joe" and Destiny, her siblings, Geneva Ferrell, Willie James (Arnita) Marion, Martha Mae Stuckey, Jame Henry (Jackie) Marion, Juanita (Gerry) Perry, Charles Marion, Ardrich (Ernest) Smith , all of Dublin, and sister-in-law, Shirley Marion of Sanford, North Carolina, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
