Funeral services for Mr. Aaron Jackson Wright, Jr., 63, will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012, at 3PM in the C. D. Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend Roger Edwards will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mount McRae Cemetery. Mr. Wright, who passed June 4, was born Novemeber 8, 1948, in Wheeler County, but resided and attended school in Laurens County. He was a 1967 graduate of mary Flemming High School. Upon graduation he joined the Job Corp where he obtained various skills in construction. He outlived his father, Aaron Jackson Wright, Sr.. Mr. Wright is survived by his mother, Constance (Samuel) Simmons, daughter, Aris Wright; grandchildren, Shatanya Schenck all of Newark, New Jersey and Malcolm Schenck of Savannah; companion of twenty five years, Margie Alexander; step daughter, Liki Alexander all of Washington, DC, godson, Kelvin Alexander of Washington, DC, two sisters, Jacquelyn (Reginald) Boone of Cleveland, Ohio and Arlisa Whipple of Dublin, four brothers, Lucian (Linda) Wright, Gerald (Amigene) Wright both of Dublin, Celeo Wright of Forth Worth, Texas and Caster Darrel Worthen of Kaiserslautern, Germany, numerous devoted aunts and uncles, Mauzie Chatfield of Miami, Florida, Ina Maude Madison of Vidalia, Louise Robinson of Uvalda, Annie Ruth (Cleo) Coney of St. Petersburg, Florida, Dempsey Wright, Jr. of Augusta, Jerry Wright of Atlanta, Lizzie Mae Walker, Nina Mae Rozier, Elizabeth Wright, Elaine Corbett, Rosemary Davis all of Rentz, Sandra (Al) Crafton of Dexter, Larry Wright of Montrose, Ruenelle (Solomon) Williams of Chauncey, Landred Wright of East Dublin, Sharon (Jerry) Chapman, Cynthia (Jeffery) Jones, Angela Robinson, Andrew Wright and Donnie Wright all of Dublin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
