Floshia Ann Williams was born May 10, 1960 to the late Leroy and Martha Williams Braxton in Clarksville, Texas. She united with the St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Clarksville, Texas. She attend Clarksville ISD and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
