Funeral services for Deacon Zebbie Lee O'Neal, of East Dublin, will be on Saturday, December 8, 2012, at 2:00 PM at Jordan Grove Christian Center, 1330 Highway 319, East Dublin. Interment will follow in the Brazeal Chapel Church Garden of Rest, Manning Drive, East Dublin. Elder Grady Brazeal will officiate.

Deacon O'Neal who departed this life on December 2, 2012, was born on December 26, 1950, to the late Joseph and Gladys O'Neal in Laurens County.

At an early age, he joined Spring Hill Missionary Baptist Church, and later he joined Brazeal Chapel Church C.O.G.I.C where he was a deacon. He also served on the usher board. He attended Millville High School in Dudley, Georgia.

Deacon O'Neal was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Gladys O'Neal, and siblings: Neoma, Earnest, Columbus, Martha Pearl O'Neal, Lillie Mae Taylor, Johnny and Willie Gene O'Neal; and his father-in-law, Eugene Brazeal and mother-in-law, Cora Brazeal.

Deacon O'Neal leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife, Missionary Mary Brazeal O'Neal; two devoted daughters, Sharon Hodges of Georgia and Felicia "Keiko" (Ottie, Jr.) Ratliff, devoted sons, Sheldon (Jasmine) O'Neal of Arlington, Texas, Dana (Markesha) Lewis and Tyress (Sharothreen) O'Neal both of Dublin, GA; nine grandchildren, Devin Anderson, Moses Anderson, Kaniecyia Lewis, La'Markques Lewis, Keise Struill, Torrian Showers, Sheldon O'Neal, Jr., Aliseya Ratliff, Ottie Ratliff, III; siblings, Leoma Brown, Annie Pearl Plummer, Jimmy (Bertha) Taylor, Obie (Agnes) Taylor, all of Dublin, Glady (Clarence) Rozar of Dudley, and Horace (Dorothy) O'Neal of Miami, Florida; mother-in-law, Larue Brazeal; brothers-in-law, Eugene (Linda) Brazeal of Inkster, Michigan William (Marjorie) Brazeal, Elder Grady (Fannie) Brazeal of Dublin, Georgia; sisters-in-law, Shirley O'Neal , Waletha O'Neal, Ruby (Moses) Johnson, Algerine (Carnell) Stanley, Angela Brazeal, Francina Brazeal, Diane Coney-Nix and a host of other nieces, nephew, relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 1544 Old Lovett Road in East Dublin.
