Funeral services for Mr. Willie Lee Jackson, of Dublin, will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at 12 PM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home in Dublin. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery. Reverend Keith Anderson will officiate.

Mr. Jackson, who passed on January 27, 2016, was born on July 20, 1931, to the late Reverend Pringle and Mrs. Laura Mae Evans Jackson in Dublin. He was educated at the Washington Street School. He was a member of the First African Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Jackson and three sisters, Naomi Thomas, Agnes Bryant and Betty McRae.

Mr. Jackson is survived by three sisters, Mary Jo Jackson, South Port, North Carolina, Annie Laura Lowery, Rentz and Rosalyn (Charles) Berry of Dublin; one devoted cousin, Carolyn Jenkins Yancey, Atlanta and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of his sister and brother-in-law, Rosalyn and Charles Berry, 111 Smith Street in Dublin.
