Funeral services for Mr. Timothy Derrick Ricks, 47 of Dublin, Georgia, will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2012, at 1:00PM at the Christ Deliverance Temple Church, 403 East Garner Street, in Dublin. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Kenneth Kates will officiate. Mr. Ricks, who passed on March 7, 2012, was born on September 23, 1964 to the late William James, Jr. and Beatrice Ricks. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Ricks-Wells. He was a kind man that loved his family and friends. Mr. Ricks is surived by three sisters, Beverly (James) Ricks-Phillips of Covington, who took care of him, Elizabeth (David) Ricks-Stanley, and Melinda (Johnny) Ricks-Swint both of Dublin one brother, William James Ricks, III of Dublin one aunt, Essie Mae Bacon of Jacksonville, FL one great aunt, Gladys Devoe and one great uncle Roy (Linda) Devoe both of Dublin,and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews and friends.
