OBITUARY NOTICE
Susie Hudson
SHARON – Mrs. Susie Hope Hudson, 89, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Park Pointe Village in Rock Hill, SC.
The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Sharon A.R.P. Church. The burial will be held at Woodlawn Presbyterian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 10:30 – 11:00 AM at Sharon A.R.P. Church.
Born in Sharon, Susie was the daughter of Susan Shillinglaw and William Blanton Hope. She finished Sharon High School and also attended Charlotte Business School. She was retired from Rock Hill Printing and Finishing Company after 30 years of service. She was a member of Sharon A.R.P. Church where she helped in many ways in all phases of the church work.
Susie is survived by husband C. Brooks Hudson, brother Carl Hope of Sharon, SC, several nieces and nephews.
After she broke her hip, Susie lived at Park Pointe Village. She said she couldn’t say enough good things for the care she received and thank you to all the good people she met and loved while she lived there.
