Funeral services for Ms. Sarah E. Smith, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, February 8, at 1 PM at the C. D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend Benny Brantley will officiate. Interment will follow in the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Cadwell.

Ms. Smith who passed on February 1, 2014, was born on June 6, 1928, in Laurens County. She was the daughter of the late Ms. Cora McLendon of Dublin. She had three brothers; Ed Harrell, Clifford Harrell, Roy Lee Harrell; and two children, Deborah McKay and James Barrett, who preceded her in death.

Ms. Smith is survived by five children, Gregory McKay, Karen Cusie, Willie McKay, Sophia Colen, and Victorian Varnos; one sister, Dorothy Moore of Westland, Michigan, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at the family residence, 1504 Camellia Street in Dublin.
