Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Smith, of Harrison, will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday, May 18, 2016, at the Shalom Temple Church, 3307 Highway 242 in Sandersville. Prophet Larry Young will officiate. Interment will follow in the Scott's Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Smith, who passed on May 11, 2016, was born October 1, 1945, to the late Lamar Smith and Zora Jackson Hall. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by one brother, Willie V. Hall and reared by the late Joe Buddy Hall.

Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Valerie Smith; eight daughters, Tyris Coleman, Bonita Smith, Darlen Smith, Joanne Fudge, Michelle Fudge, Syracuse, New York, Catherine Tillman, Florida, LaRhonda Cheatham, Atlanta, Valeshia R. Smith, Sandersville; ten sons, Jason Smith, Joshia Smith, Anthony Fudge, Dre Smith, Antwone Smith, Syracuse, New York, Darren Smith, Fayetville, Stefan Smith, Atlanta, LaRon Smith, Traconcas Clayton, Sandersville, Joshua Spencer Addison, Cairo; two sisters, Eunice (Willie) Mathis, Ellenwood, Oradell Lee, Sandford, Florida; five brothers, Randolph Jackson, Ellenwood, Kenneth (Hazel) Hall, Altamonte, Florida, Yves (Shirley) Hall, Dover, Deleware, Eugene (Barbara) Hall, Shelton (Annette) Hall, Wrightsville; two sisters-in-law, Helen Clayton, Jackie Roberts, Sandersville; five brothers-in-law, Gary Clayton, Willie James Clayton, Douglasville, Linton J. Clayton, Chester B. Clayton, Lakeland, Florida, Tommy Robinson, Sandersville, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren; one aunt, Priscilla (Albert) Poole, Augusta; one uncle, Milton Spencer, Fayetville, North Carolina; a special and devoted cousin, David Robinson, Harrison; a special great niece, Little Miss, Amyria Hall and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at 860 Tennille Harrison in Harrison.
