Funeral services for Mrs. Ola Mae Corbett, of East Dublin, will be held at 1 PM on Monday, July 18, 2016, at the Holly Springs Baptist Church, 705 Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Reverend Joe Moore will officiate. Interment will follow in the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery at 2345 Buckeye Road in East Dublin.

Mrs. Ola Mae Corbett, who passed on July 14, 2016, was born on July 4, 1935, to the late Russell Plummer and Willa Mae Wells Plummer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Corbett, and by a sister, Betty Plummer.

She joined the Holly Springs Baptist Church at an early age. She served at an usher and on the kitchen aid committee. She attended the Oconee High School. She worked at Laurens Memorial Hospital and Dublinair Nursing Home as a nursing assistant until she retired.

She is survived by her children, Sharon (Gerald) Styles, Leesburg, Georgia, Darryl McLendon, Albany, Georgia, Sheila McLendon, Dublin; siblings, Lola (Lawrence) Wright, Wrightsville, Eunice (Grady) Hill, Akron, Ohio, Russell (Gloria) Plummer, Atlanta, Ronnie (Elnora) Plummer, Dublin, Jackie (Henry) Kennedy, Miami, Florida, Roy (Linda) Plummer, East Dublin; aunts, Izora Wells O'Neal, Omie (Greg) Smiley, Dublin, Ella (Waymon) Lattimore, Juanita (Pete) Payne, Miami, Florida, Earlie (Betty) Wells, Dublin; grandchildren, Patrice (Fabien) Nelson, Gerald (Rashaun) Styles, II, Treshaun Styles, Terrence McLendon, Otis McLendon, Kendrico McLendon, Cedrick (Chantell) McLendon, Marcus (Hilliary) McLendon, Joshua McLendon, Jasmine McLendon and Ambria McLendon; a loving and devoted cousin, Ruby Williams, twenty nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family members.

The family will receive friends at the family residence at 101 Joyner Street in East Dublin.
