Funeral services for Mrs. Mable Davis Thomas, of East Dublin, will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 11 AM at the Brown Grove Baptist Church, 1210 Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Pastor Cecil Moore will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Thomas was educated in Laurens County at the B. D. Perry School. She was employed for many years at Victor Forstmann, Incorporated.

Mrs. Thomas met and fell in love with Roosevelt Thomas, Sr., and to this union, three children were born: Roosevelt, Jr., Timothy, and Ronald. Mrs. Thomas was a caring wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was very important to her and she would do everything possible to care for them.

Left with pleasant memories to cherish are three sons, Roosevelt Thomas, Jr., Timothy (Dr. Natacha) Thomas, and Ronald Thomas, all of Dublin, one sister, Mary Bell Demmons of Dublin, three sisters-in-law: Pearly Brown, Maryetta (Johnnie) Lattimore, both of Dublin, and Mary Reese of Titusville, Florida; fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of her son, Ronald Thomas, 325 Pace Lane in East Dublin.
