Funeral services for Mr. Larry Darnell Walker, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 11 AM at the Church of Jesus, 1265 US Highway 319, East Dublin. Reverend Preston King will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Larry Walker was born on May 31, 1953, in Marshallville, Georgia, to the late James and Christine Walker. He was a graduate of the D. F. Douglas High School in 1971 in Montezuma, Georgia. After finishing high school, Mr. Walker joined the United States Air Force, and retired after 24 years of service. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Laverne Walker. Mr. Walker passed away on January 23, 2018.

He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories, his wife, Gloriadean Walker, two daughters, Jessica Walker, and Qualandria Walker of Perry, Georgia, one son, Jamie Walker of Fort Valley, Georgia, three stepdaughters, Felice (Tony) Norris, Latarius (Willie) Mason, Rikita (Roger) Davis, one stepson, Frederick Wells, three brothers, Jimmy (Rita Faye) Walker, Charles (Rose) Walker, and Jerry Walker, one sister, Jamesetta (Charles) Banks, six sisters-in-law, Mary Kinsey, Martha (Melvin) Washington, Geraldine James, Tressie Mae Lewis , Georgiadell (L. C.) Darrisaw, Eloise (Willie) Flemings, brothers-in-law, Jimmy Mason, Ira Lee (Mary) Mason, Terry (Polly) Mason, Wilber Norris, and Willie Mitchell, eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
