Funeral services for Mr. Juwan Treyvon Taylor, of Dublin, will be held on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 2 PM at the Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 1601 South Popular Springs Church Road, Dublin. Dr. Reverend Willie Edmond will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Taylor, who passed on November 8, 2015, was born on August 16, 1994, in Dublin. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Otha Evans; great-great grandparents, Russell and Willa Plummer; great grandfather, E.T. Taylor; grandmother, Lorene Wells; and by his grandfathers, Charles Brown and Charles Willis.

He is survived by his mother, Sharon Wells; father, Christopher (Shonta) Taylor, Sr., Dublin; siblings, De'Andre Wells, Erica Jackson, Ar'Dreakius Taylor, Dre'kee Mack, Ca'Darrius Mack of Dublin, Christopher Taylor, Jr., of Macon; a close and devoted god brother, Trae Godfrey, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at 118 Kingsby Street in Dublin.
