Funeral services for Ms. Jeanell Mobley of New York City, New York, formerly of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Unity Funeral Chapels, Inc., 2352 8th Avenue, New York City 10027, from 5-7 PM with viewing 3-5 PM. Ms. Mobley, who graduated from Oconee High School in 1960, passed away on February 2, 2013. She is the daughter of Louise Mobley-Bascom of Dublin who preceded her in death in 1984. She was also preceded in death by several brothers, James Mobley, Bobby Mobley, Wesley Mobley, and Harold Norris, and three sisters, Mable Mobley, Jimmy Mobley, and Helen Bell. She is survived by one son, Larry Mobley of New York City, one granddaughter, Nichelle Mobley; three sisters, Betty Mobley of New York City, Clarien Dixon and Jean Bell of Dublin; three brothers, John Norris of Dublin, Ernest Mobley and Leo Mobley of New York City; a sister-in- law, Charlie Bell Mobley of Dublin, and a host of nieces and nephews and friends including Robert Mobley, Keith Mobley, Victoria Mobley, and Reggie Dixon of Dublin.
