Mrs. Janice Turner Bailey, 63, of 221 Farmingdale Drive, went home to sing for Jesus, Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Caromont Regional in Gastonia.
The funeral will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at Kings Mtn. Chapel United Methodist Church, with Pastor Ed Harris and Pastor Lee Ayers officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held at Bratton Funeral Home on Monday April 20, 2015 from 6-8 PM.
A native of York, Janice was a daughter of Margaret Pendleton Turner and the late Robert L.Turner, she was a homemaker and an active member of Divine Glory Ministries in Kings Creek.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Pastor Eddie Bailey, 3 daughters, Tammy Hullet, Sherry Settlemyer and Kimberly Bolin, son, Brad Bailey, 2 sisters, Shirley Bailey and Gail Norman, 3 brothers, Bobby Turner, Rick Turner, and Keith Turner, 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Janice was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Turner and son, Edward Wayne Bailey II.
