Funeral services for Mr. James McKinley "Pig" Rozier, of Dublin, will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2016, at the Second African Baptist Church, 800 North Decatur Street in Dublin. Pastor Herschel White will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Rozier, who passed on April 14, 2016, was born February 10, 1949, to the late McKinley Rozier and Bertha Lee Brown Rozier.

Mr. Rozier attended Mary Fleming High School. Following high school he began to work at Southern Bell where he worked for twenty years. He also worked for Johnson's Well Drilling Company for ten years.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine "Cat" Rozier; brother, Larry "Butch" Rozier, niece, Yvette Johnson and a nephew, Ulysses Morris "Man Man" Rozier.

Mr. Rozier is survived by his estranged wife, Doris Lewis Rozier; uncle, Levi (Juanita) Rozier, Jr.; two sons, Reginald Hightower and Tevin Lanier, Dublin; one daughter, Jonika Sutton, Atlanta; several grandchildren; siblings, Eva Holsey, Claudia (Marcus) Mayweather, Gail Rozier, Wayne Rozier, Timothy Rozier, Anthony Rozier, Jan (Ronnie) Gainey, Sonja (Tracey) Truitt, Winifer (Tracey) Moss and Renee (Curtis) Dixon and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and a dear friend, Alberta Henry.

The family will receive friends at 107 West Mary Street and 47 Waldrep Road in Dublin.
