Funeral services for Mrs. Geraldine "Suash" Martin, of Dublin, will be held on Thursday, December 19, at 1:00 PM at the Buckeye Baptist Church 2176 New Buckeye Road in East Dublin. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Reverend David G. Flowers will officiate.

Mrs. Martin, who passed on December 14, was born on May 2, 1945, to the late Herschel Walker and Nina P. Walker. She was preceded in death by a brother, Willis Walker, Sr.; by two sisters, Dommie J. Scott and Earlene Mason.

Mrs. Martin is survived by two children, Claudie (Paulene) Martin of Dublin, Timothy Martin of Wrightsville; two sisters, Nina C. (Ossie Jr.) Wells of Dublin and Lynn (Clarence) Edwards of Decatur; sister-in-law, Christine Walker of Wrightsville; four grandchildren, Timothy Martin, Jr. of Wrightsville, Teresa Martin, Tamika Martin, Marvis Martin, all of Dublin, five great grandchildren and host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends at 213 Jackson Street in East Dublin and at the Dudley Funeral Home from 6-7 pm Wednesday night.
