Funeral services for Ms. Francena R. Goodwin, of East Dublin, will be held at 5 PM on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, in the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Brother Joe Rumph will officiate. Interment will follow on Thursday at 3 PM in the Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens, 2603 Two Notch Road in Columbia, South Carolina.

Ms. Goodwin, who passed on July 17, 2016, was born on November 17, 1938, to the late John and Cennie Barnham Goodwin in Columbia, South Carolina.

Her early education began in Columbia, South Carolina, and was completed in New York, New York. She was an active member of the Kingdom Hall where she was baptized in 2009 here in Georgia.

She is survived by one brother, Tilman (Sharon) Goodwin of Queens, New York; one son, Terry (Regina) Goodwin, Illinois; three daughters, Patricia (Alexander) McLean, Michele (Anthony) Marion, Lisa (Robert) Goodwin-Brice, all of Dublin, fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; goddaughter, Treasure White; two god sisters, Pambela and Irene Grownes of South Carolina.

The family will receive friends at 803 Outler Street in Dublin.
