Funeral services for Mr. Eugene Sinkfield, of Dublin, will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 12 PM in the C.D. Dudley Memorial Chapel at the Dudley Funeral Home. Reverend Robert Fullwood will officiate. Interment will follow in the Dudley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Eugene Sinkfield, who passed on May 12, 2014, was born May 21, 1942, in Johnson County to the late Charlie and Lizzie Mae Sinkfield. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Sarah Sinkfield, and by his siblings, Charles, Emily, Richard, Bobby, Helen, Roy, Diane and Ulysee Sinkfield.

Mr. Sinkfield leaves to cherish his memories a son, Eric A. Swint of Corona, California; one sister, Geneva (Eddie) Pullen of Dublin; three brothers, Tommy Sinkfield, Larry (Rosalyn) Sinkfield and Curtis Howard, all of Dublin; one grandson, Eric D. Swint, Jr., of Corona, California; one aunt, Markeitta Robinson of Wrightsville; three uncles, Daniel Robinson, Jacob Robinson of Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Napoleon Robinson of Eatonville, Florida; a devoted niece, Ruby Adams of Sandersville; and a host of other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the home of his brother, Larry (Rosalyn) Sinkfield, 1514 Highland Avenue in Dublin.
