YORK -- Elaine Yarbrough Moss, 90, formerly of York passed away Friday, December 19, 2014, at Courtland Terrace in Gastonia.
The funeral will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, December 22, 2014 at York A.R.P. Church with Rev. Barry Eller officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 21, 2014 from 4 - 6 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York, and other times at the home of daughter, Pamela McMackin, 2422 Hwy 55 W, Clover, SC.
Elaine was a daughter of the late Henry Phillip Yarbrough and Ozelle Bennett Yarbrough. She was a member of York A.R.P. church, and was the widow of Ernest "Joe" Moss.
She is survived by daughter Pamela McMackin of Clover, SC, son Marion Moss of Fountain Inn, SC, brother Edward Yarbrough of York, SC, sister Edith Clark of York, SC, 4 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Elaine was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Yarbrough and Arnold Yarborough.
