CLOVER -- Candice Elizabeth Vess, 1, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016, at her home in Clover.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Riders of Faith Biker Church, 1041 Sylvia Circle, Rock Hill, with Pastor Scott Davis officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 12:00-2:00 PM at Bratton Funeral Home in York.
Candice was the daughter of Matthew Charles Vess and Kira Nicole Cartee Vess. In addition to her parents, Candice
is survived by grandparents, Candy Rollins, Carter James Grant (Sherry), Emma Cook (Dennis), Gene Cartee, Jr.(Kara), great grandparents, Corrie "Pat" Cartee, Dee and FX Warner and great great grandmother, Betty Gibson.
